Project Portfolio Analyst Lead

Job Summary:

The individual will be supporting the Planview Connected Solution, acting as a Reporting Analyst focusing on analytics, metrics, and reporting automation in CRM for the Planview Portfolio. Contractor will build new dashboards and analytical reporting using Power BI for Planview Portfolios and perform reporting automation on specified reporting frequency.

Education:

Bachelor’s

• Gather, document, create, and refine requirements for Planview and Power BI reporting.
• Design, build, and enhance dashboards and reports using Planview and Power BI.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to stay aligned with team objectives.

• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or a combination of the two.
• Or:
  Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a business or IT discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in an IT analyst, IT project planning/scheduling role, or a combination of the two.
