Pay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Pay Type: Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and troubleshooting of secure network solutions supporting cloud and on‑premises systems.
• Maintain and upgrade Palo Alto firewalls with Panorama management, ensuring optimal security configurations.
• Support load balancing platforms, preferably F5 technology, to optimize application performance.
• Configure and support Cisco routing and switching infrastructure for large enterprise networks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies and solutions.
• Perform traffic analysis using tools like Wireshark and TCPDump, and troubleshoot network issues efficiently.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and advocate for innovative solutions that improve efficiency and security.

  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in large enterprise IT environments supporting network infrastructure.
• Security Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, PAN‑OS management, and firewall rule configuration.

  Familiarity with firewalls in cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.

  Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN design, VPNs, IPSec, TCP/IP, and network protocols.
• Hardware & Load Balancing: 3-5 years supporting Cisco routers, switches, and F5 load balancers.
• Traffic Analysis & Troubleshooting: Proficiency with Wireshark, TCPDump, and network traffic analysis.
• Automation & Scripting: Experience with Python, Ansible, and Terraform for network automation.
