Role Description

The full-time role of Food and Beverage Analyst is an on-site position based in Cleveland, OH. The Food and Beverage Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve the food and beverage operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, developing and implementing cost-saving strategies, and supporting the management team with data-driven decisions.

The analyst will also collaborate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the food and beverage operations align with the company's standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Must Have Experience with Restaurant analytics and business intelligence platforms
• Must Have Experience Setting Up, designing, building, and maintaining theoretical cost models
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial data analysis
• Experience in developing and implementing cost-saving strategies
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Preferably some experience in restaurant operations
