• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (Scrum) environment to support the development and enhancement of the Key Navigator platform.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions independently with stakeholders across different departments.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for optimization.
• Support quality assurance processes through user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless application releases.
• Understand and communicate security, risk management, and IT best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Influence the scope of new features and enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of the SDLC and how it impacts deliverables.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with proven success in working with moderately to highly complex systems.
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Experience creating detailed requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data-driven insights and support decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with vendor system integrations and data conversions.
• Knowledge of Change Management, Security, and Risk principles.
• Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $45 - $50 per hour (W2).
• Contract length: 7 months with potential for future opportunities.
