Senior Analyst- Tier 2 Support Analyst

• Provide Tier 2 virtual support to the organization's end users
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, warehouse technology, server, network, and enterprise systems issues
• Respond to escalated issues from the IT Service Center
• Resolve user requests through discussions with users and coordination with internal and external resources
• Maintain support-related documentation and monitor environments for service outages

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to apply working knowledge of concepts and principles to perform varied tasks
• Experience working on projects of moderate scope and complexity
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take action to resolve technical issues

• Experience providing education and training to end users
• Familiarity with monitoring environments and responding to alerts
• Previous experience in a healthcare technology setting
