• Lead information risk assessments, analyzing documentation and conducting interviews to gather relevant materials
• Document and communicate risk assessment results to stakeholders, including security architects and management
• Develop risk scoring related to threats, vulnerabilities, and security controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security architecture requirements into project initiatives
• Prepare and present executive-ready reports and solution decks to various levels of management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
• 5-7 years of experience in Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions
• Proven ability to communicate and present Information Security concepts to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies such as intrusion prevention systems, firewalls, and encryption

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management
• Experience in developing and executing cybersecurity governance frameworks for mergers and acquisitions
• Background in leading control assurance and maturity improvement initiatives
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
