• Lead the strategic execution of our Sales Enablement program across key domains.
• Deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and guide a mixed workforce of internal staff and contractors.
• Champion the adoption of modern Salesforce technologies and tools.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective third-party delivery.
• Promote agile practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to executive stakeholders.

• Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
• Proficient in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing all levels.
• Technical proficiency in Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices within Salesforce.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Application Architect.
• Experience in the financial services industry or with wealth management platforms.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in a Center of Excellence or similar governance model.
