The Director of Information Technology is responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, with a particular focus on enterprise applications, end‑user первоначerig. Key Responsibilities Applications Leadership- Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into application requirements and roadmaps.
- Lead application governance, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance for application‑related services and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality, user experience, and data quality.

- Establish service‑level standards and ensure timely, effective resolution of support requests.
- Implement best practices for incident management, problem management, and request fulfillment.
- Oversee asset management, including hardware lifecycle planning and software licensing.

- Contribute to the development of the organization’s IT strategy, policies, and long‑term technology roadmap.
- Ensure IT operations comply with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Monitor technology trends and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, and business outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff across applications, support, and operations teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Build strong partnerships with internal departments to ensure IT services meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master Jezus preferred).
- 7–10+ years of progressive IT experience, ಮಧಯ leadership roles.
- Strong background in enterprise applications management and implementation.
- Proven experience managing IT support teams and service delivery operations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational leadership.
