Director of Information Technology

The Director of Information Technology is responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, with a particular focus on enterprise applications, end‑user первоначerig. • Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into application requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead application governance, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance for application‑related services and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality, user experience, and data quality.

• Monitor technology trends and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, security, and business outcomes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff across applications, support, and operations teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Build strong partnerships with internal departments to ensure IT services meet evolving business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master Jezus preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive IT experience, ಮಧಯ leadership roles.
• Strong background in enterprise applications management and implementation.
• Proven experience managing IT support teams and service delivery operations.
• Excellent communication, project management, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational leadership.
