Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to make an impact? We are seeking a skilled Sr. Business Analyst to support critical projects at our Cleveland office. This onsite position offers a unique opportunity to influence application development and process improvements that drive business success.

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Work Schedule: Onsite; required in office 2 days a week
• Pay Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hour
• Pay Type: Per Hour
• Duration: Jan 26, 2026 – Jan 22, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute significantly to the design process to align with business needs and enhance user experience.
• Capture and translate complex system requirements across multiple stakeholders, applying SDLC principles.
• Develop detailed technical specifications from business requirements, considering various user impacts and risks.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support strategic objectives and product roadmaps.
• Work with QA teams to develop testing strategies; participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality releases.
• Advise on security, risk management, and IT processes, partnering with relevant teams to maintain compliance.

• Extensive experience in process improvement, application systems, and requirements analysis
• Strong understanding of SDLC and business process modeling
