System Administrator – Software AG web Methods

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with strong expertise in Software AG web Methods, Cloud Integration, and Dev Ops to support and manage enterprise integration platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of integration services.

• Install, configure, and maintain Software AG web Methods components including Integration Server, Broker, Designer, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, API Gateway, and related adapters
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement performance tuning
• Manage user access, security configurations, and perform backup & recovery procedures
• Troubleshoot integration workflows, resolve transaction issues, analyze logs, and provide day-to-day production support
• Apply patches, upgrades, and support deployments across environments
• Create and manage messaging services, queues, API policies, certificates, clustering, and caching for high-availability environments
• Document system changes and maintain operational records
• Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams to ensure reliable and secure integrations
• Respond to incidents and support continuous improvement of integration processes

• 8–10 years of experience as a System Administrator / Middleware Administrator
• Strong hands‑on experience with Software AG web Methods
• Experience with Cloud Integration and Service Integration Management
• Solid understanding of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Java REST web services
• Experience in production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting integration platforms
