• Retrieve and enter data from computer/web-based systems related to applicant histories
• Conduct extensive internet inquiries to supplement criminal records and verify information
• Analyze information to identify discrepancies and potential issues
• Update order statuses and manage productivity time using Google Docs
• Handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment

• Experience in customer service or research/investigations is required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent is required;
  Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record are required for work-related driving
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred

• Experience with the legal/court system is preferred
• Familiarity with background screening processes is preferred
• Experience with relevant business management systems such as HRIS or CRM is preferred
