PMs will be managing the long-term project consolidating 32 ERPsdown to 1. The Project Manager will be working with a Senior PMto support the migration to Oracle R12. Daily Responsibilities
• Provide planning, coordination, and monitoring support for complex operational, IT and business initiatives
• Maintain accurate and timely project plans, meeting notes,status reporting and other relevant project documentation
• Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones andtasks. Assist in defining scope, deliverables, success criteria and key metrics of the project in conjunction with project leadership and other key stakeholders
• Monitor project cost and resource usage where appropriate
• Escalate risks and issues that have potential to impactproject(s)
• Respond to stakeholder requests for information
• Manage project administration, independently assess areas of improvement, and collect feedback for alessons learned report
• Advise project leads and team members on project management best practices
• Provide expertise on Oracle Cloud and migrations to Oracle Cloud and R12
Required Experience
• 5+ years of overall work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a Project Management
• Recent experience operating within a delivery team and helping to drive the execution of deliverables and project milestones.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud at an enterprise scale
• Experience with migration into Oracle R11-R12
• Experience using Jira for daily PM task management
• Fundamental knowledge of project managementmethodology, tools, and techniques (waterfall, Agile, Scrum,SAFe)
• Experience with Agile teams and Agile principles
• Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring tools
• Working knowledge of transactional lean principles and techniques
• Significant experience in projects involving IT systemsimplementations or conversions Preferred Skills
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other PM-related certificates are preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP highly preferred
• Experience with People Soft preferred
