We are seeking a Senior Associate, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice.

• Advise and support clients in end‑to‑end eDiscovery work streams focusing on review analytics such as active learning and TAR workflows; advise on best practices, processes, and procedures for processing, culling robust eDiscovery platforms like Nuix, Reveal, Relativity, and migration of ESI into Relativity.
• Provide presentations, demonstrations, and training of KPMG’s products and services to prospective clients; offer recommendations for effective project management, implement appropriate workflow, respond to RFPs, and generate budget estimates.
• Develop proficiency and utilize various tools for collection, data processing, hosting, and production during eDiscovery project life cycles.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and report project progress internally and externally.
• Consult with clients on document review and production workflows using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools/solutions.
• Coordinate interdepartmental resources to ensure completion of projects on schedule and identify process and quality improvements, including post‑project analysis.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

• Minimum three years recent experience working on evidence discovery management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience; preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix Certifications, Reveal Brain Space.
• Basic and/or advanced knowledge in Nuix, Relativity/Relativity One, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python, storage and infrastructure management, and other eDiscovery platforms/tools.
• Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with large‑scale document review and production.
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of management; experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools; exceptional client service and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship.
