Sr. System Analyst

Go Maverick Group is seeking an experienced, Sr. System Analyst to join a dynamic and agile team of IT support specialists for an engineered products company in Cleveland. This role requires a wide range of hands-on administration and code modification to various systems that help run the day-to-day operations of the business. You will be interacting directly with end users, engineers, and executive staff to help with strategic system upgrades, expanding automation between systems, and modification of system code and backend reports to support the daily needs of the business.

• Maintain, upgrade, and expand the following systems: ERP (Infor); PDM/PLM (Smar Team); CAD Design (Solid Works);
  Time Keeping Platform;
  Repair and Service Management Software.
• Interact directly with end users, engineers, and executive staff to support strategic system upgrades, expand automation between systems, and modify system code and backend reports to meet daily business needs.
• Report directly to the Director of IT and own the maintenance of these systems.

Note:
This role requires you to be on site in the Cleveland Suburbs office 5 days a week. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.

• 5+ years of experience maintaining, customizing and supporting systems in a Manufacturing, Engineering, or Product Development environment
• 4+ years of SQL reporting and support / development experience
• 2+ years of  support / development experience
• Experience writing and troubleshooting API calls between multiple systems
• Experience working with a PDM / PLM
• Experience supporting / customizing an ERP platform
• Strong ability to learn new platforms and development languages to support new systems
• Excellent verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Any experience with legacy platforms (iSeries / AS400, etc.) is a strong plus
