Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect (Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of a strategic CRM migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role will be instrumental in shaping the architecture, integration strategy, and data migration approach for a global enterprise rollout. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service), enterprise integration, and CRM transformation.

• Architect scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead integration strategy for Salesforce data migration into Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Oversee data migration planning and validation.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guide development best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise CRM architecture and solution design.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service).
• Experience in CRM migrations, especially Salesforce to Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
