Supply Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT initiatives that support our global supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, aligning IT solutions with business goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of programs that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a talented Information Technology Program Manager to join our team. The responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects across supply chain systems, ERP platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Project Governance: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools; provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and process improvement across IT and supply chain systems, including automation, data analytics, and system integration.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and supply chain technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
