Supply Technologies is seeking a strategic and results‑driven IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT initiatives that support our global supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for managing cross‑functional projects, aligning IT solutions with business goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of programs that enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and customer satisfaction.

• Program Leadership:
  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects across supply chain systems, ERP platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Project Governance:
  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Vendor Management:
  Coordinate with third‑party vendors and technology partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of services and solutions.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools; provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive innovation and process improvement across IT and supply chain systems, including automation, data analytics, and system integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite) and supply chain technologies.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale, cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience with data governance, master data management (MDM), and system integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage change in a fast‑paced, global organization.
• Experience developing and/or configuring Smart Sheets as a Project Management tool.
