The Senior Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams delivering AI-based products. This role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Agile Facilitation:
  Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Meeting Management:
  Schedule and own Agile-related meetings, ensuring proper communication and alignment.

  Mentor teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and promoting self-organization.
• Impediment Removal:
  Identify and resolve blockers impacting delivery, collaborating with stakeholders as needed.
• Metrics & Reporting:
  Track and report team performance using velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Engineers to ensure backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive retrospectives and implement actionable improvements for team efficiency and quality.

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or software product delivery.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML development cycles and data-driven product delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required; SAFe certification preferred.
