About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Account Manager to identify, engage, and place top talent with our clients. This role involves full-cycle recruiting—sourcing, assessing, and presenting candidates for mid-to-senior-level positions. You will work closely with hiring managers, develop strategic recruitment approaches, and play a pivotal role in helping companies build strong leadership teams.
What You'll Do- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates, ensuring all activities and insights are accurately documented in the CRM.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-caliber professionals through research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial conversations to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit aligned with client needs.
- Interview & Process Coordination: Manage interview logistics, prepare candidates, and support offer negotiation to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and present well-matched candidates.
- Offer Negotiation & Close: Guide candidates through the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Comfortable with conducting a high volume of outreach via cold calling, emails, and others.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Commissions are paid monthly, offering additional earning potential from day one.
