Job Details Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will provide demonstrated experience in analysis, research, interpretation, design and testing recommendations of HR systems.
- Researches, collects and analyzes data related to all Human Resources Information Systems.
- Partners with Payroll, acting as HR lead for Time & Attendance system, ensuring system is set up to accurately reflect company policies and associates correctly.
- Investigates issues or inconsistencies with Time & Attendance system, works to resolve and communicates effectively the issue and resolution.
- Analyzes and provides advice, recommendations and proposes improvements based on research and findings for turnover goals.
- Partners with centralized scheduling to ensure targeted labor demands (seasonality, events, etc.) and variable labor scorecard metrics are met at all times.
- Monitors compliance of Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
- Distributes regularly scheduled reports to requesting departments.
- Prepares and analyzes reports generated from HCM Systems, providing management with information based on the business needs of the company.
- Must have ability to compile, compute and analyze pertinent data needed for reports.
- Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure completion of associated tasks.
- Responsible for project management, establishing, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to generate ad-hoc reports from detailed information.
- Serves as a business partner resource to all departments on analytical data.
- Conducts research to determine the effectiveness of HRIS data.
- Completes analysis of Human Resources data such as Exit Interviews, Pulse Surveys, Team Member Satisfaction Surveys, as well as develops and proposes improvements to policies, programs and procedures.
- Ensures performance reviews and merit increases are entered and are in compliance with corporate compensation policy. Represents JACK Entertainment to groups of employees, applicants, and counterparts in the industry, management and various organizations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, IT or other related field required.
- MBA preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of analysis experience; HR analysis preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Ohio Lottery Commission (OLC) Non-Gaming Employee License.
