Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a contract position where you will oversee payroll processes for union and non-union employees, ensuring compliance and accuracy in multi-state payroll operations. The role requires strong organizational skills and expertise in managing payroll for mid-sized organizations.

Responsibilities:

- Process full-cycle payroll for union and non-union employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Manage multi-state payroll operations, adhering to state and federal regulations.

- Handle payroll for organizations with 101-500 employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Administer garnishments and other deductions accurately within payroll systems.

- Utilize Paycom and other HRIS systems to streamline payroll tasks and reporting.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.

- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports for auditing purposes.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll.

- Implement best practices to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.

- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

- Expertise in multi-state payroll operations and compliance.

- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paycom and other HRIS platforms.

- Knowledge of payroll for union and non-union employees.

- Strong understanding of garnishments and payroll deductions.

- Experience managing payroll for mid-sized organizations (101-500 employees).

- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
