• Ensures the integrity of HR data and the accurate/optimal use of the HRIS system (Workday) so that all deliverables are achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
• Primary focus on maintaining and configuring Workday Learning, Performance, Talent, and Recruiting modules, with flexibility to assist across all modules.
• Leads issue resolution and response coordination during unplanned adverse events involving technology and process.
• Leads projects in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans, gaining SME support, and providing market‑based configuration recommendations.
• Ensures changes to systems are developed, configured and tested in non‑production environments before being deployed in the live environment.
• Ensures all changes and enhancements are well documented, utilizing best practices to ensure version control and standard naming conventions取消

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
