Responsibilities- Design, implement, and administer global compensation programs for over two thousand secondees in alignment with member firm principles and business objectives.
- Adapt compensation frameworks to align with global business objectives, member firm guidelines, local laws, industry standards, and market trends.
- Collaborate with local HR and compensation teams to ensure consistent application of compensation principles and policies across global locations.
- Partner with the Finance Business Planning team to forecast, manage, and control the compensation budget.
- Employ advanced analytics to evaluate global compensation trends and organizational requirements, providing data‑driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum twelve years of recent experience in global compensation management, with a focus on strategic planning, modeling, implementation, and transformation across multiple international markets.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university or certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred; a bachelor’s in business, human resources, or a related field is required.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (such as Success Factors) and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Deep understanding of compensation principles and practices in a global professional services or similar complex organization.
- Exceptional communication, change management, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
- Superior consultative, analytical, and organizational skills; ability to think strategically and link action plans to critical business priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
