The Human Resources Business Partner plays a key role in supporting the organization’s people and culture initiatives. This position is responsible for managing core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance. The HR Generalist partners with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture, ensure HR processes run efficiently, and align people strategies with business objectives.

Resources Business Partner Responsibilities
  • Administer and support HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to issues and investigations.
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
  • Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support audits or reporting needs.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Support safety, training, and company event coordination as needed.
  • Partner with leadership on continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
Human Resources Business Partner Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or broad HR support role.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
