Banquet Server

CLE Golf Properties is home to four golf courses and three event centers in Northeast Ohio. These include Fowler's Mill Golf Course, Legend Lake Golf Club, Powderhorn Golf Course, and St. Denis Golf Course & Party Center.

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Banquet Server at Fowler's Mill, Legend Lake, and St. Denis. All of these venues are located in Chardon and Chesterland, Ohio. The Banquet Server will be responsible for preparing banquet tables, serving food and beverages during events, bussing tables, and ensuring top-quality customer service. Servers will also be expected to maintain cleanliness of the banquet area, address guest requests promptly, and collaborate with the event team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Other duties may be assigned to support the team to achieve company's goals.

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene and service
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive guest experience and handle requests courteously
• Previous experience in banquet or food service is preferred but not required

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different event setups
• Ability to stand for extended hours and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Maintains a polished and professional appearance
