DescriptionThe Hotel Cleveland is seeking a service-minded PM Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will be primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
Compensation$15.00 to $16.00 per hour

- Deliver food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables and chairs.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Clean-up, breakdown and set-up of buffets and food stations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are all highly preferred.
- The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency and seek guest satisfaction.
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.
The hourly starting rate of pay for this position is $15 - $16/hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is not eligible for bonus.
