- Guest Service Associate/Valet provides exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner.
- Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage as applicable during arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries; provide information about facility amenities and local attractions.
- Operate valet system: issue and collect claim checks, manage keys, tickets and guest folios; ensure accurate key tag and vehicle location records.
- Provide bell services, luggage storage support, and door assistance; shuttle guests to appropriate locations when required.
- Starting pay: $11.50 per hour plus tips; some shifts offer bonus pay.

day, evening, weekend opportunities; overnight shifts may include bonus pay. - Location:
Hilton Hotel, Downtown Cleveland; no experience required.
Compensation is based on skills, experience, education or training, and location. Eligible employees may enroll in accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine insurance, and in the company’s 401(k) plan. Seasonal and temporary roles may not be eligible for benefits. Eligibility requirements depend on classification, length of employment and hours worked.
Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure & Certification: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.
- Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills: Ability to read/write English; comprehend simple instructions; effectively present information to guests and staff; basic math for handling payments; understanding time systems; ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable; ability to perform parallel parking.
