The Catering Service Worker Lead supervises and supports planning of catering events of varying sizes in central and satellite locations, ensuring all brand standards are consistently met.

• Develop and maintain a safety culture; supervise catering operations, coordinate staff, rental equipment, set-up, preparation, service, and break-down of catered foods and beverages.
• Book events, select and cost menu items and price as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline and performance reviews.
• Coordinate activities with other internal departments; participate in management team meetings; interface with vendors and key service users.
• Represent Aramark and the client at all meetings and events.
• Ensure sanitation, organization and safety standards through checklists, hands‑on supervision and follow‑up.
• Participate in all catering training programs; help develop and implement training for hourly, part‑time and student employees.
• Aid in implementation and adherence to all Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required.
• Preferred experience with event booking.

This role may have physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or PPE may be required.
