Beverage Server – Part Time

Location:

JACK Entertainment. This position is part‑time, with a base rate of $6.24/hr plus tips.

• Monitor day‑to‑day team member/guest interactions in the Beverage Department.
• Cover all public beverage outlets, service bars and casino cocktail service.
• Provide excellent, prompt, friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Build relationships with guests to enhance the overall experience.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality service standards throughout the department.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding beverage service and take action to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Beverage Manager.
• Adhere to attendance guidelines and departmental and company policies.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months of beverage service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of standing, walking and performing tasks for at least 4 hours.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.
• Experience with handling employee conflicts calmly and making rational decisions.
• Prepared to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in environments with dust, loud noises and bright lights.
• Computer proficiency for operating required equipment.
