As the Regional Director of Operations, you will serve as a key leadership figure responsible for establishing strategic oversight and guiding facility administrators across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation sites within the Cleveland, OH region.

• Providing strategic oversight and guidance to facility administrators.
• Ensuring operational and regulatory excellence across assigned locations.
• Driving quality care outcomes, resident satisfaction, and team engagement.
• Leading financial performance, census growth, and staff development initiatives.
• Collaborating with executive leadership to align goals and drive innovation.

• Proven success in multi-site operations management within skilled nursing or senior healthcare.
• Current Ohio LNHA license required.
• Skilled communicator with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Travel within the region required.
