District Manager, Biomedical Engineering - Cleveland — Sodexo is seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for the University Hospitals Health System in Cleveland, OH. • Strong leadership abilities to coach and mentor various levels of employees.
• Ability to review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and Sodexo/Client policies and procedures.
• Ability to ensure a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and makes recommendations for changes as necessary.
• Skills to assess financial risk and opportunities of the account and communicate results to the client and Sodexo senior management, initiate action plans as necessary.
• Some understanding of Cybersecurity problems and solutions to protect Healthcare providers.

The Client Executive (Single) has overall leadership and responsibility for client relationships, oversight of the assigned contract/s (or a service related portion of that contract), and Sodexo success of a single client organization with multiple sites and either single or multiple services. Has direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are:

• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience 7 years
• Minimum Functional Experience 7 years
