Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) delivers high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum throughout Ohio and New Jersey. Our therapists work in a variety of settings, including clients’ homes, schools, and our ABA centers located in Beachwood and Columbus.

We are proud to offer:

  • Competitive compensation up to $24/hour based on registration and experience

  • Benefits include earned paid time off, medical, dental, and vision for staff working at least 30 hours per week

  • Flexible full-time or part-time schedules available (15 – 40 hours/week)

  • Center-based, in-home or a combination of services are available to create your ideal schedule.

  • Mileage reimbursement and limited travel for in-home services by matching you with clients within a 15-mile radius of your home.

Service Locations: Center, In-Home, Community, Daycare, and School

Openings in Cleveland, Beachwood, Euclid, North Royalton, Euclid, Lakewood, Chagrin Falls and throughout all Metro Cleveland as well!

Schedule:
Monday through Friday. No weekends required.

Part time- 15 hours per week after school hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 18 years old

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass a background check

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with children

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
