Licensed Clinical Therapist (SUD) - Hybrid

Cleveland, Ohio

Steadfast Health was founded to establish a new standard of substance use disorder (SUD) care. Recognizing that traditional treatment methods often fall short of reaching patients when they’re most in need, Steadfast is relentlessly focused on making low-barrier, high quality care accessible to all. We know that the journey to recovery is unique for every individual, and our patient-centered approach ensures we meet patients where they are, providing evidence-based therapies with unwavering support in a compassionate environment that fosters healing and growth.

About

this Role

At Steadfast Health, our therapists inspire hope and transformation by helping patients set meaningful recovery goals while supporting them every step of the way. As a valued member of our fully integrated care team, you’ll work hand in hand with colleagues across disciplines, ensuring each patient’s journey is supported, coordinated, and guided toward the best possible outcome.

Your wellbeing matters to us. That’s why we keep caseloads balanced to safeguard both the quality of your care and your own wellbeing. You’ll also have weekly supervision and peer consultation, ensuring you always feel supported and connected. And we’re here to help you grow by providing CEU funding, licensure support, and specialized addiction-focused training—while also providing the flexibility of hybrid and telehealth options to fit your lifestyle.
