Job Details:

• Work day/night rotating shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

• Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs of the hospital

• Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit

• Must work at least every other holiday

• 18 months of permanent experience in specialty required prior to travel assignments

• 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required

• One year of recent oncology/chemotherapy administration experience preferred

• Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand

• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS

• ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment must be completed during orientation

• Two attempts maximum to pass assessments or contract will be canceled

• Must complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad

• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date

• Must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing contract

• One supervisory reference from specialty required for submission
