Medical Surgical​/Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 6 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program and no current placement allowed at Program: OHA Healthcare - Qualivis Program.

Additional Details:

1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 18 months perm experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.

Required Credentials: - ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

- Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling: - D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Shifts may be variable, If needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital, Facility will do their best to honor travelers’ preferred shift but reserves the right to rotate them if necessary.

- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
