SummaryParticipates in the diagnostic evaluation of patients. Utilizes a thorough knowledge of social science and social work skills to identify the patient(s) needs, and delineate the appropriate social work treatment(s)/intervention(s) for children through adult patient populations. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The Metro Health System.
Qualifications- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Current Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for the State of Ohio, or possession of a temporary Social Work licensure for the State of Ohio.

Physical Requirements- May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.
- May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Vision: normal visual range with or without correction.
- Hearing: normal audio range with or without correction.
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
- May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to communicate in face‑to‑face, phone, e‑mail, and other communications.
- Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
