Patient Registration, Call Center – Patient Access Liaison

Assists callers and/or patients in way‑finding, appointment scheduling, pre‑service registration, insurance verification, co‑pay collection, physician referral, initial screening of patient sign/symptoms, class scheduling and other questions.

• Provide high level of customer service and present positive impression of Summa Health.

• High school diploma/GED required.
• One year customer service or general office support experience preferred; call center experience preferred.
• Experience in Registration, Insurance Verification/Pre‑Certification, Financial counseling, Patient Accounts a plus.
• Knowledge of keyboard, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, work in fast‑paced stressful environment.
• Attentiveness to detail, teamwork, customer focus, adaptability.
• Reliable transportation required; work weekends, evenings, holidays as assigned; adjust hours to meet business demands.

$17.43/hr – $20.92/hr (base salary exclusive of bonuses).
