**** About the Role
** Working with our Clinical team at Estia Health Cleveland you will ensure optimal AN-ACC funding is achieved by ensuring care documentation is completed in a timely manner, is up to date, and accurately reflects residents' care needs.
** You’ll have:
*** Experience in Aged Care and competence in basic nursing practice
* Demonstrated experience in conducting care assessments and developing care plans
* Current AHPRA registration
* Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisation, coordination, and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
