We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to a veteran in their own home. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, feeding assistance, medication reminders, mobility assistance, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, and surgery recovery.

As a regular employee of the Organization, you may be eligible for various benefits offered to employees in accordance with the terms of the benefit plans offered by the Organization, subject to the satisfaction of any eligibility requirements. Full-time employees (those working 30 or more hours per week) are eligible to participate in the organization s 401k program after 12 months of employment and health insurance benefits including medical, dental, vision after 90 days of employment.

• As an In-Home Caregiver, you must be able to:
• Tend to clients’ social and emotional needs by joining them in activities and providing companionship
• Support mobility (help with walking, transfers or use mobility aids)
• Take clients to their medical appointments or personal errands
• Provide Medication reminders
• Prepare meals, do laundry and perform light housework
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming and eating
• Identify and address safety issues in the home or facility
• Keep accurate records of care provided
