  • Provide feedback on areas for targeted improvement of processes and tools in the Patient Care and Research Database system in response to both the day-to-day workflow and the comments and input from users and program managers. (7%)
  • Propose solutions to new needs and desired functionality in the patient care and research database. (6%)
  • Assist with periodic reviews of data quality in the patient care and research database, including all members of the database team and additional ad-hoc participants as needed. (7%)
NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Communicate directly with healthcare providers, clinic administrators, and ancillary personnel, to resolve data inconsistencies or unclear information related to patient and research participant records. (5%)

  • Interact with local, regional, national, and international investigators and collaborators in designing solutions for clinical and research data management that contribute to the mission of the Case/UHCMC HIV research group. (5%)
  • Collaborate with providers, clinical leaders, and administrators in the Special Immunology Unit to fulfill funding agency requirements and emerging clinical needs to optimize care and services for clinic patients. (5%)
