We are actively looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our WEST clinic team supporting children ages 1-6 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). We are looking for dedicated applicants with reliable transportation who are able to competently deliver ABA services in our Middleburg Heights clinic.
We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a history of working with children along with having strong play skills.
To be considered, the candidate will have demonstrated experience implementing behavior plans and teaching skills to young children as an RBT.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing interventions
- Collecting data
- Writing session notes
- Communicating with the team
- Helping children gain communication, social, play and life skills
We seek an ENTHUSIASTIC RBT who LOVES working with children. Please only apply if you are an RBT with availability Monday-Friday 8:15-4:15 or slightly later if working in a daycare setting. This opening is for approximately 37.5 hours per week. We welcome passionate candidates interested in professional development, mentorship and contributing to a supportive environment.
Qualifications / Training- Associate's or higher degree strongly preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required within first 60 days.
- Instructional Aide Designation required within first 30 days.
- Two plus years with demonstrated experience working with children 1-6 years of age. PREFERRED.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required upon hire.
- Comprehensive training and supervision will be provided to meet eligibility requirements for maintaining RBT certification.
- Applicants must exhibit their ability to engage with children and interact with staff during the interview process.
