• Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices.
• Manage medication inventory levels and perform restocking duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPhT / ExCPT).
• Working knowledge of pharmacy automation.

• Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion.
• 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices.

• The PRN is an On Call position to locally support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc.
• Must be able to commute to this site: 2500 Metrohealth Dr, Cleveland, OH 44109
• Shift: M-F 7 to 3:30 pm
• Possess flexible availabilities (i.e., PRN match well if you are currently working 7 on 7 off, PRN, Part‑Timer, etc.)
• Hospital Pharmacy Environment
• Ability to travel for training.
• Pharmacy environment; 8–10‑hour shifts.
• Flexible hours based on business needs.
• Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Potential exposure to hazardous drugs.

Base compensation:
Hourly ranges for this position is in the $25/hour and up.

Actual Compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as locations, education, experience, and skillset.
