Imperial Imaging is currently seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to service medical imaging equipment. This position will be responsible for planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of medical imaging equipment onsite at customer facilities. This position is based out of our Atlanta branch office and could involve minimal overnight travel on occasion for service or educational/training events. Preferred Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years experience as a field service engineer in the medical imaging industry
  • Training on the following OEM’s is a plus:
    • Konica Minolta (DR/X-Ray)
    • Del Medical (DR/X-Ray)
    • Fuji (DR)
    • Sedecal (X-Ray)
    • Quantum (X-Ray)
    • Carestream (DR/X-Ray)
    • GE (X-Ray/OEC C-Arms/Flouro/CT/MRI)
    • Siemens (X-Ray/Flouro/CT/MRI)
    • Philips (X-Ray/Flouro/CT/MRI)
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated individual that takes pride in quality work and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal team and customers
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 programs

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide an industry leading level of customer service and support through customer events that include but not limited to: planned maintenance, technical support, troubleshooting and repairs on all types of x-ray equipment, digital imaging, c-arms, ultrasound and fluoroscopy.
  • Installation of imaging equipment which could include some project management with onsite visits and planning with customers and contractors to ensure necessary room specifications are met for a smooth installation process
  • Completion of all required state and federal paperwork associated with the installation of medical imaging equipment
  • Managing assigned tickets with efficiency
  • Managing expectations both internally and externally with clear communication
  • On-call rotation with peers for after hours, weekends, holidays
  • Completion of all administrative duties and managing tickets, time, expenses in CRM
