Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our hybrid team at Little Acorn ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral analysis and treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their growth and development.

• Competitive hourly rate: $55 - $80 per hour / Annual Salary: $60,000 - $100,000/year (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities

• Design and implement individualized behavioral interventions to address a range of challenging behaviors

• Provide one-on-one direct therapy and facilitate group therapy sessions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification

• Minimum of 0 years of experience ( Entry-level candidates welcome!)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
