Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance, training, and work direction to Gaming Enforcement Agents and Gaming Enforcement Investigator.
- Review investigative reports and case files to ensure all criminal and regulatory violations are properly documented and addressed.
- Manage the collection, preservation, and preparation of evidence for criminal and regulatory cases.
- Compile and disseminate intelligence information to various law enforcement and regulatory entities.
- Serve as a liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and prosecutors.
- Ensure casino equipment and operations comply with Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) rules and regulations.
- Assist with the State of Ohio Time Out Ohio Program to help individuals with problem gambling.
- Completion of undergraduate core program in business administration, management or public administration or Criminal Justice, Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Criminology), or other field commensurate with job duties; 36 months training or 36 months experience in supervisory, administrative &/or managerial position, and/or law enforcement;
Ohio Peace Officer Training Certification (OPOTC); valid driver's license. - Or 5 years training or 5 years experience in business administration, management or public administration or law enforcement;
Ohio Peace Officer Training Certification (OPOTC); valid driver's license. - Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
