Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform monthly reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential risks
• Assist with financial audits and reviews, collaborating with external auditors as required
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Provide support and guidance to other departments on financial matters
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA) preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
