Financial Analyst

Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 per year

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in delivering financial insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization. This role is responsible for advanced financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis to inform leadership and drive organizational performance. Responsibilities typically include developing budgets, analyzing financial results, evaluating trends, and preparing executive‑level presentations.

• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  , including management reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
  , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial plans.
• Perform trend analysis related to costs, revenues, liabilities, assets, and key performance indicators.
• Monitor monthly financial results, identify variances, and develop explanations or corrective recommendations.
• Conduct market, pricing, competitive, and consumer behavior analysis to support financial insights.
• Assist in preparing data for audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to support business needs.
• Support ad hoc projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 3–6+ years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A.
• Strong skills in financial modeling

  , BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial insights to leadership.
