CANDIDATE PROFILE: We seek a passionate, committed leader with a contagious will to win who can honor this company's past while also leading it into the future. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes:
- Business Model: Manufacturing
- Functional: Top finance leader at a lower middle market B2B company or a senior finance leader within a larger enterprise organization.
- Orientation: Must have strong finance and accounting experience, including leadership in financial planning, reporting, and operational support.
- Private Equity: Preferred; not required
- Tenure: 10+ years of progressive career success
