Pinnacle’s CFO search group has partnered with a growing Real Estate & Construction company to identify a Controller to help shape its next phase of growth, working directly with the company's senior leadership team.

As a key member of the organization, the controller will play a critical role in scaling the business, driving profitability, and ensuring financial integrity across the organization.

• Lead core accounting operations, financial reporting, and month‑end close
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyze cash flow and keep reports up to date
• Support ERP enhancements and system upgrades to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Improve systems, internal controls, and financial governance
• Support operations with margin visibility and cost accountability
• Provide executive leadership with timely insight and decision support

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Public accounting foundation is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience within a Real Estate or Construction environment
• Process improvement oriented

• $120,000 - $150,000 base, depending on experience
