Third Federal is currently looking for a high energy, well-organized & detailed associate to join our Loan Servicing Team. As part of the Loan Servicing Team, you’ll join fellow Third Federal Associates in providing excellent customer service to our Borrowers for the life of their loans with Third Federal. Loan Servicing Associates help process transactions associated with Third Federal’s loan portfolio.

This role is 100% onsite for the first 6 months, with the option to work remotely two days per week based on the development of the Associate and Management approval.

• Assisting Borrowers to understand escrow statements and tax and insurance disbursements
• Assisting Borrowers who experience insurance loss and managing building funds
• Processing and removing PMI
• Department balancing
• Process mortgage loan payment adjustments
• Process mortgage loan payments and payoffs
• Assist internal and external Customers with loan servicing questions on our department phone lines

• 5+ years of mortgage loan banking experience
• 3+ years of mortgage loan servicing experience preferred
• Experience with Fiserv’s DNA core banking system a plus
• Experience and familiarity with different mortgage loan products
• PC proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both customers and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proven multitasking skills
• Demonstrates accuracy, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Skilled in researching and resolving issues quickly

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
